- Workforce Training Solutions on Retainer - We have excellent programs mapped to outcomes such as reduction in time & cost overruns, increase in productivity, improvement in safety standards which are customized offerings as per the method statements used at sites.

Training Options Available

Indiavision is currently working with various Central and State Ministries, Departments & Skill Missions to provide training on a pan India basis. Indiavision is also engaging with top notch developers and construction companies to provide skilling to their construction workforce under their CSR mandates thus closing the loop and benefiting the entire ecosystem. Indiavision offers two type of programs viz. Comprehensive Training Program (CTP) and Batch Wise Training Program (BTP). Batch wise training program can be run either on the construction sites or in dedicated training centres. Indiavision is a pioneer of ‘On the Job Training’ and thus advocates On-Site training over centre Based Training.

Comprehensive Training Program

Comprehensive Training Program is a program mapped to a construction site and involves provisioning of dedicated trainers at site over the life of the project. The pricing of the program is on a monthly retainer-ship basis. The following benefits accrue due to this program:

Baseline productivity is always maintained even if the attrition ratio of manpower is high.
Training for all trades.
Training can be funded by CSR budget.
Expert trainers in core and finishing trades are permanently available.

Batchwise Training Program

Batch wise training program is a program mapped to per candidate to be trained. This option is generally preferred by clients if the training Nos. are less. the pricing is on a per candidate basis. The benefits accrued are as follows:

Manpower for specific trades can be trained quickly.
Govt. programs are generally target based and hence training for clients can be free under this program.
